А: 1 year guarantee for whole machine ( except quick-wear parts ), engine and gear box.
2. вопрос: Are there any optional parts for your combine harvesters ?
А: да, optional parts such as rubber track size, grain tank and type of grain unloading.
3. вопрос: How long is your delivery time ?
А: Normally it takes 15-20 days to deliver after your deposit receipt or L/C at sight.
4. вопрос: How many harvesters can be loaded in one container ?
А: (1) 20 Feet Container loads:
For combine harvester:
1 set 4LZ-4.0/4.5
For Power Tiller: 18 sets GN12; 20 sets M80
For Spare Parts: 15-18 tons
(2) 40 High Cube Container Loads:
For Combine Harvester:
3 sets 4LZ-4.0/4.5
For Power Tiller: 40 sets GN12; 50 sets M80
For Spare Parts: 30-35 tons
5. вопрос: Какой срок оплаты ?
А: Irrevocable L/C at sight or 30% T/T in advance and balance against B/L copy.
6. вопрос: What is the after-sales service ?
А: Every year we send our engineer and after-service people to local market to assist our sales agent for staff training, marketing, advertising, maintaining and repairing the machine during the harvesting season.
7. вопрос: Is OEM or ODM service acceptable ?
А: OEM service is no problem, if you have any special requirements about the machines, please kindly inform us, our engineering department will study and offer you the suitable solution.
