Q1:Are you manufacturer?
UMA: sim, We are manufacture since from 2014, we are doing customize LED downlight and LED strip series products.
Q2:If I need sample, could you support?
UMA: We can supply you with the sample for free, but the delivery charges will be covered by our customers. For avoiding the misunderstanding, it is appreciated if you can provide the International Express Account for Freight Collect.
Q3:What’s your MOQ?
UMA: after samples order, different products different request.
Q4:How do you charge the module fee?
UMA: In case we need to open new module for your ordered profiles, the module fee will be refunded to customers when your order quantity reaches a certain amount.
Q5:What is the difference between theoretical weight and actual weight?
UMA: Actual weight is the actual weight including packaging. Theoretical weight is identified according to the drawing, calculated by of the weight of each meter multiplied by the length of packing carton box.
Q6:How can you ensure high quality?
UMA: 1) We have our own LED downlight factory and engineer team.
2) We also have our trade company help our customers to buy LED strip series product, can be QC and customers eyes.
3) 100% QC on line and final inspection, no any defective products can be out from our factory.
4) CE/ROHS/ETL for LED strip light, CE/ROHS/SAA for LED downlight etc.
Q7:What’s your payment term?
UMA: 30% T/T deposit + 70% T/T before shipment (payment term we accept: T/T, Paypal, Western Union, Moneygram).
