Q: How do you solve after sale service?

If do not have engineers, please send back the items, we can repair the items for you or we will re-produce for you.
Q: Can you send a sample for us to develop?
UMA: sim, we can. Sample can be sent out once you ask for it, if the samples cost is very higher , we will ask a sample fee.At the same time. the Sample fee will return back in future order. If the
samples cost is lower, we can send it to you free, but shipping cost will be took .
