Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral with Inner 4CM PE foam + export carton box, also outer export wooden case and light case are optional. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A:30% TT Advance+ 70% TT prior to shipment for intdoor screens, 50% TT Advance+ 50% TT prior to shipment for outdoor screens, full payment TT advance for samples.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW.
Q4. How about your delivery time and method?
A: Generally, goods would be shipped in 12-22 work days after payment received. If we have materials ready, goods would be shipped in 2-3 work days after payment received, finally depends on quantities.
Comes to delivery method, for Sample and Bulk order < 100KGs, we will kindly suggest Express and Air freight, Air freight and Sea shipping when for Bulk order >100KGs.As for detailed cost, it depends on your final order.
Q5. What brand of screen are you using?
A: LG, Samsung, AUO screens are normally used, also we can do it as your appointed brand and model. Customized screen is also supported.

A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery

A:Generally, our promised warranty time is 12 months from the date of delivery.
