| A:We are 13years factory since 2009, JSY has 4 factories, three are in JiangSu China,the other one is in Thailand. The China factory total with 17 automatic Production lines, En 6 lines in Thailand. | |

| A:Sample is acceptable for us, You have to pay the sample charge and delivery cost, the cost will return to you after placing order. | |

| A: Ja, If you need pillow with box, We can separate the pillow and box to load more pillows, Box MOQ is 1000 Stukken. | |

| A: Latex sheet if thickness less than 10cm, we can package in roll or flat. If thickness over 3cm,We suggest flat package. | |
