Q1. What are your terms of packing?
A: Algemeen, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and paper cartons. If you have a legally registered brand, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q2. What are your terms of payment?
A: T/T 50% as deposit, En 50% vóór levering. We’ll send you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. For big orders, we accept L/C at sight.
Q3. What are your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR
Q4. Hoe zit het met uw levertijd?
A: Algemeen, het zal duren 15 to 45days after receiving your advance payment. De specifieke levertijd is afhankelijk van de artikelen en de hoeveelheid van uw bestelling.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Ja, we can produce your samples or technical drawings. We can produce the molds and fixtures in-house.
Q6. Wat is uw voorbeeldbeleid?
A: We can supply the sample if we have the parts in stock, customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

A: Ja, we have a 100% testen vóór levering, if necessary we can send an inspection report before delivery.
