Features for Flip Chip CoB Series
1. No gold wire encapsulating technology. Lowing the risk of damage caused by pressure.
2.The chips are connected to circuits directly. Avoid the thermal resistance from sapphire substrate and insulation layer, improve thermal performance of the product. Current channels are the entire bonding pad, original transition is 1mil gold wire. Improve the ability of suffering high current shock .
3.Voorzichtigheid:
Please use insulation material when soldering before fixing on heat sink, and please make sure soldering temperature < 350ºCand time<3S
Due to high lumen density, please make sure the lens is clean, or it will cause damage of colloid burst
