שאלה 1: Are you a factory or trading Company?
א: We are a trading company and we have our own cooperate factories in Ningbo China.
שאלה 2: What about the sample fee?
א: For first cooperation, we need to charge the sample and shipping fee.
The sample fee will be fully refund when bulk order confirmed.
שאלה 3: Wonder if you accept small orders?
א: Do not worry. Feel free to contact us .in order to get more orders and give our clients more convenient, we accept small orders.
שאלה 4: Can you send products to my country?
א: Sure, we can. If you do not have your own ship forwarder, we can help you.
שאלה 5: Can you do OEM for me?
א: OEM&ODM is available if you have your own design.
שאלה 6: How can I place the order?
א: First sign the PI, pay deposit, then we will arrange the production. After finished production need you pay balance. Finally we will ship the Goods.
שאלה 7: How do your factory do regarding quality control?
א: We have Strict raw material control system and Strict quality management system
Our factories have gained ISO9001 and GRS certificates
