Q1. What’s your payment terms?
UN: T/T term or L/C term. On T/T term, 30% down payment is required in advance, and 70% balance shall be settled before shipment. On L/C term, a 100% irrevocable L/C without “soft clauses” can be accepted.

Q3. What’s your sample policy?
UN: 1 pc sample for free, sample freight collect. 1 day for stocked item, 7-15 days for new mould item
Q4. What is the delivery time?
UN: En général 30-45 days after receiving the prepayment.
Most of the time, we can have an immediate delivery of our regular models in 20 jours. Faster time will be available for stocked items.

UN: Firstly, we choose high quality raw material and after products finished, each one will be strictly inspected, cleaned and packed .Finally, perfect products will be delivery to you.

UN: Our package is completely no problem. For different shape glass, we recommend different suitable packing way, such as Brown box, White box, Gift box, Mail box, Foam box, Master carton, etc

UN: If you get any broken or unqualified goods from us, we’ll 100% pay for your loss without any condition.
