Q1. What’s your payment terms?
A: T/T term or L/C term. On T/T term, 30% down payment is required in advance, y 70% balance shall be settled before shipment. On L/C term, a 100% irrevocable L/C without “soft clauses” can be accepted.

Q3. What’s your sample policy?
A: 1 pc sample for free, sample freight collect. 1 day for stocked item, 7-15 days for new mould item
Q4. What is the delivery time?
A: Generalmente 30-45 days after receiving the prepayment.
