1.Are you factory?

Of course. As long as you confirmed the size, we will finish the free sample within two days.

We can provide the free sample to customer, but the courier cost should paid by client.

We have our QC to check the quality for each production process and after checking the quality when the goods are ready. If find any question of the goods, our QC will reback the goods to previous production line to let the worker repair untill it is satisfied.

Usually 7-10 days for small quantity, 15-20 days for 20GP contaienr. 25-30 days for 40HQ container.
8.Is the product certified? What about warranty? Items received defective?
Our products have been passed the safety check and quality check in our factory and we have not experienced any major defect with our design. Replacement will be offered in next shipment if there are defective by discussed each other.
9.How about the guarantee period?
For sofa pocket spring, it is at least 5 χρόνια. And for pocket spring mattress, it is at least 10 χρόνια.
10.Is your price the lowest in the market?
