Hangzhou ZGSM Technology Co., Ε.Π.Ε (“ZGSM”) warrants this ZGSM-branded hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of FIVE (5) YEAR from the date of purchase. ZGSM provides free repair or replacement within warranty period. ZGSM shall charge against defeats by abnormal storage, useage, connection or change the structure or any commponents of the product.
*Damage by thunderstroke over 4KV(μεγάλο,N against FG) /2KV(L against N) will not covered by warranty based on IEC61000-4-5.

Q1. Can I have a sample order for led light?
ΕΝΑ: Ναί, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

ΕΝΑ: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

ΕΝΑ: Firstly let us know your requirements. Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order. Fourthly We arrange the production.

ΕΝΑ: Ναί. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

ΕΝΑ: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.1%. Secondly, during the warranty period, we will repair or replace defected products.
