Q: Do you have any certification like BIS, CE RoHS?
ΕΝΑ: “Ναί” we have certification in CE RoHS and BIS for whole product and SAA cert only for driver component.
Q: What is the warranty?
ΕΝΑ: According to different types of lamps, ένα 5-7 year warranty is provided. If the product fails during the warranty period due to quality problems, we will immediately send out new replacements and freight charges in case of emergency. Or, we prefer to send a replacement for the next order.
