Electromagnetic design
Air gap between the stator and rotor core is smaller, therefore, our TWGII series generators have higher efficiency, compared with the products from other factories.
Excitation system
Excitation stator lamination is made by cold-rolled silicon steel sheet,with one or two high performance magnets, so the temperature rising of exciter is low, it will not lose excitation. Excitation start faster, easy to build pressure.Normally , when speed reach 600-700 rpm/min ,it is able to built pressure.
Mechanical Design
The biggest improvement is that, between driven disk and shaft,we adopts interference fit ,instead of key connection. Our advantage is that the process is more simple, the size is more precise,connection is more reliable.
Technical Performance

All wound components are impregnated with materials and processes disigned specifically to provide the high build required for static windings and the high mechanical strength required for rotating components.

Process
1. Stamping of lamination;
2. Rotor die-casting;
3. Winding and inserting – both manual and semi-automatically;
4. Vacuum varnishing;
5. Machining shaft, housing, end shields, etc;
6. Rotor balancing;
7. Painting – both wet paint and powder coating;
8. Montage;
9. Verpackung;
10. Inspecting spare parts every processing;
11. 100% test after each process and final test before packing.
