Q: What’s your warranty period?
EIN: Our payment terms is 1 year . But based on some special project, we can extended our warranty period.
Q: Do you accept OEM/ODM service?
EIN: Jawohl, we can accept OEM and ODM both

EIN. Jawohl. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q: What’s your payment terms?
Answer: We can accept T/T 30% in advance, and the balance 70% shall be paid before shipment
Q: What’s your delivery time?
EIN: Our normal delivery time is 20-25 Arbeitstage. But if your order is some special engine and alternator, then the delivery time is longer.
