Electrical connection
1. QA-105/106 are all using inputting/outputting joints, connecting separately the input signal of transducer and the output signal of module.
2. The request for signal cable: transmitter use plastic waterproof joint,;
The request for Cable diameter:6±0.3(mm).
3. The connection type of the transducer signal inputting terminals corresponding to connecting line terminals:
V+: Excitation +;
GND: Excitation -;
IN+: output signal +;
IN-: output signal -.
4. The connection type of the module signal inputting terminals
corresponding to connecting line terminals:
OUT: the terminal of transmitter signal outputting;
DC: 24V amplifying/Excitation+;
GND: amplifying / Excitation-ground.
The adjusting and the ordering instrument of the product:
1.The correct connecting the transducer with the supply power, after 10 minutes powering on, when the transducer is out off load ,to adjust the potentiometer which shows “Z” making the outputting for 0Vor 4mA; Adding to the standard load, adjusting the potentiometer which shows “S” making the outputting for 10V(5v) or 20mA.
2. The transducer power supply of 105 und 106 amplification transmitter:
Standard: 15v, Delicate: 10v.
