Gas Introduction

The closed furnace for smelting enterprise producing a large amount of surplus industrial exhaust gas in the smelting process. After the industrial exhaust gas is being collected, cooled and purified, it can be used for direct combustion or internal combustion generator set for power generation. Ferroalloy industrial exhaust gas mainly contains carbon monoxide and hydrogen, which needs to solve the problem of knock and backfire while the power generation.

Genset adopts three-section modular design, including gas engine, turbocharging intercooler three modules and the design improved the genset maintenance operation;
Engine places at the middle, fewer auxiliary equipment on both sides, which is convenient for daily maintenance; the intake and exhaust are concentrated in the free end, which is convenient for the layout of the power station. Adopting the shunt pressurization technology, the genset operation safety is high, the gas does not need other auxiliary pressurization equipment, it is not only saves energy consumption, but also the low pressure gas intake is realized.

Single cylinder control technology is adopted to control and protect the combustion of each cylinder separately to improve the safety and reliability of genset operation.
