2. Q: How can I get the samples?
EN: If you need samples, we can make as per your request. You should pay the sample fee and freight. Sample lead time always be within 2-5 dage.
3. Q: How much the transportation freight of samples?
EN: The freight depends on total weight and volume and your address.
4. Q: How long can I expect to get the sample?
EN: The samples will be ready for delivery in 5~7days. The samples will be sent via express and arrive in 5~7 days.
5. Q: When can I get the datasheet?
EN: When we get your inquiry, you shall first tell us the part number you want, then we can send you the datasheet immediately.
6. Q: What is the difference between different part number?
EN: We make the part number according to the different colors and different display effects of lcd. For example, this part number JHD12864-G13BSW-B, “12864” means the resolution of lcd, “BSW” describe the backlight, “B” i “BSW” means “backlight”, “S” i “BSW” means “three leds in the backlight”, “W” i “BSW” means the color of backlight “white; Last letter”B” means the display effects of lcd, signifies “Blue”, therefore, in a words, this part number means the lcd is “white words over blue background, white backlight”.
7. Q: Can you design the lcd in acccordance with our demand?
EN: Sure. We will give you the best tooling charge.
8. Q: How to order lcd?
EN: Please send us your purchase order by Email or Fax or by Escrow, or ask us to send you one invoice. We need to know the following information for your order.
