| If we do not have it,we can also design and make a new mould to produce?it.For your reference, making a ordinary mould will take about 20-35 أيام. |

| أ: نعم , we provide 5~10pcs free samples for test.But you have to pay for the shipping cost |

| أ: The stock goods delivery within 3 أيام, customized goods delivery within 7~35أيام |
| 5. س : How to ship my order ? |
| أ: For small package, send it by Express, such as DHL,فيديكس,يو بي إس,تي ان تي,إي إم إس. That’s a Door to Door service . |
| For big packages, can send them by Air or By sea. We use standard export carton.We will be responsible to any product damage caused on delivery. |

| أ: We do not have a price list of all of our products. Because we have so many items,and it’s impossible to mark all of their price on a list. |

| 9. س : Can you make customized products and customized packing? |
| أ: نعم. We made a lot of customized products for our customer before.About customized packing, There is no problem for we put your Logo or other info on the packing Just have to point out that,it will cause some additional cost, and need to MOQ. |
