أ:,Normally we reply your email within 8 hours after we received your battery inquiry. And the price should be fixed after deep discussion and full datasheet confirmation.

2. س: How I get a sample to check battery quality?

أ 1: For battery cell , we only need 3-5 days if we have battery cell stock , otherwise we need 8-10 days for handing sample .
A2: For battery pack , it needs 7 days if we have battery cell stock.

About guarantee:
1. 15 months manufacturer’s limited warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt. Accessories come with a 3-month warranty.
