Q3:Can I have a sample for testing?
أ: Actually we think samples are not very important.You can buy from anywhere.But we think our cargos will better then any others.
س 4:Can I add my logo on the machine?
أ:نعم,OEM is available for us.
But you should send us the Trademark authorization letter.
س 5:How can i get the after-service?
أ:We will send you the spare parts by free if the problems caused by us.
If it is the men-made problems,we also send the spare parts,but you should pay.
For our range hood motors it is lifelong maintenance.
س 6:Do you have inspection procedures for these machine?
أ:100% self-inspection before packing
س7: Delivery date?
أ: 1-3 days for sample, 15-20 days for 1000pcs, 30-35days for 40HQ.
Q8: Payment Method?
أ: خطاب الاعتماد في الافق, تي / ت, Western Union and Paypal are all available.
30% deposit T/T in advance, rest against the Shipping Doc.
100% T/T in advance for sample order.
