QT4-12 hydraulic concrete hollow block paving brick making machine is controlled by PLC.It’s fully automatic, high productivity. The machine contains PLC controller, hydraulic station block conveyor.

It produces various cement blocks such as hollow blocks, paving bricks, solid bricks, grass blocks and so on by changing the block molds.

1.The frame is manufactured by high strength steel مع Carbon dioxide shielded welding technology, it resists vibrating shock.
2.The vibration box adopts multiaxis synchronizer vibration mode to ensure vertically downward to reach best vibration effect.
3.The long-period over length guide bearing guarantees the accurate movement between upper mould and mould box.
4.Multiaxis forced mixer system has better adaptability to raw materials with different nature.

1. Before shipment to use plastic film winding, wrapped the entire brick machine in case of water or moisture.
2. Then load brick machines into the container by forklift.
3. During loading need to tighten the machine with reinforcement ring in container, so as to avoid the damage by transport bumps on the brick machine.
