12 sets solid silicone vacuum compression molding machines, 2 Arburg horizontal machines, 2 sets of
automatic punching lines, 100,000 class Spraying & Printing clean workshop, 100,000 class clean production
workshop for medical silicone and 100,000 class clean production workshop for optical silicone.
Our main products are electronic waterproof precision parts, silicone optical lens, smart wearables, medical
beauty products, silicone control valve and other customized products.
With the mold making equipment of OKAMOTO precision surface grinding machine(1واحد), SODICK EDM
wire-cutting machine(0.5واحد), MAKINO V33i/F3 CNC Machine (0.1واحد), TOSHIBA UVM Machine(0.01واحد)
and TOSHIBA ULC machine(0.001واحد), the mold tolerance can be controlled with 0.001mm.
