TIPS

4.After I place my order, when will I receive my Silicone Mold?
Our delivery times range between one and four weeks after receipt of an order and approval of artwork (please refer to the appropriate item on this website for the normal delivery times listed). لكن, some delivery times may vary depending upon the quantity, production methods used, or uniqueness of your design requirements.

5.What if I need to make changes or cancel my order after it’s in production?
Any changes or cancellations are subject to charges based on costs incurred up to time of your request. No change is accepted once an order is in production. It will be processed as a new order.

6.How should I supply my own artwork to you?
Most preferred format is PDF Illustrator or Coreldraw vector artwork and all fonts converted to outlines/curves. We also except .jpg, .pdf, .tiff, .png, .psd or .bmp files (please enlarge artwork 4 times larger than the pin size). We highly recommend the use of Pantone Matching System colors in your art in order to reproduce the colors you require. For our Digital Pins, artwork should be at least 300 dpi or higher.

7.Will I receive an art proof before you produce my products?

8.Free sample statement
We mainly product OEM goods,will send same sample as this product if have.Or will send randomly similar size,process samples for reference only.

9. I have used this product 3 times and few “dimples” are already starting to tear away from the base.
The mold may be stored quite a while and has been pressed down, and shapes changed. Please place it under the sun or place in oven or place in a high temperature. The shape then will be restored.

10. Please let me know the temperature of the mold can suffer.
أناn general practice, can suffer within the temperature between -40~220 centigrade, in some case can suffer 260 centigrade. Please note silicone mold, which can suffer temperature higher than 260 centigrade (500 degrees fahrenheit) or temperature lower than -40 centigrade (-40 degrees fahrenheit), may be additive, is not 100% pure silicone.

11.Why the mold soft a bit?
For flexible reason, we design the mold a bit soft, so you may easily un-mold. If you need a more sturdy support when transfer or move, you can put it on a tray or another mold.
