2. س: How can I get the samples?
أ: If you need samples, we can make as per your request. You should pay the sample fee and freight. Sample lead time always be within 2-5 أيام.
3. س: How much the transportation freight of samples?
أ: The freight depends on total weight and volume and your address.
4. س: How long can I expect to get the sample?
أ: The samples will be ready for delivery in 5~7days. The samples will be sent via express and arrive in 5~7 days.
5. س: When can I get the datasheet?
أ: When we get your inquiry, you shall first tell us the part number you want, then we can send you the datasheet immediately.
6. س: What is the difference between different part number?
أ: We make the part number according to the different colors and different display effects of lcd. For example, this part number JHD12864-G13BSW-B, “12864” means the resolution of lcd, “BSW” describe the backlight, “ب” in “BSW” means “backlight”, “س” in “BSW” means “three leds in the backlight”, “دبليو” in “BSW” means the color of backlight “أبيض; Last letter”ب” means the display effects of lcd, signifies “أزرق”, therefore, in a words, this part number means the lcd is “white words over blue background, white backlight”.
7. س: Can you design the lcd in acccordance with our demand?

8. س: How to order lcd?
