Biogas generator sets include biogas-fueled reciprocating internal combustion engines, alternators, electrical parts, control devices, cooling systems, lubrication systems, exhaust systems, fuel systems, and auxiliary equipment. Except for the exhaust pipe and silencer of the exhaust system, they are mounted on a steel chassis. The generator set is a fixed permanent installed generator set. The steel underframe is mounted to the concrete foundation.

2. Main structure of the biogas engine

T12 high-tech biogas engine is the national 863 program project production. It is a domestic leading level natural gas engines with new generation of electricity, rare field combustion and four valves. Based on STEYR technology the engine is designed and developed by SINOTRUK with the EControls company and has complete intellectual property rights. It has the characteristics of low gas consumption, low exhaust temperature, good reliability and low maintenance cost.

4. Genset control panel
