Duokai portable dehumidifiers use a centrifugal fan to pull in excessively moist air. The air is passed over coils cooled by a refrigerant. The principle is similar to an air conditioner. And then the cold coils cool down the air, much of its humidity content is condensed. Now transformed into a liquid, the humidity content is collected in a removable container or drainage by an external hose. (Some portable dehumidifiers drain using a convenient built-in pump .) Finally ,the dehumidifier releases the dry air back into the surrounding room.
A portable whole house dehumidifier must can be located in the room that you want to dehumidify – although, as its name suggests, it can be moved from room to room in the house.

Q2: What about the leading time?
A2: In general, the leading time is about 10 to 20 days. But please confirm the exactly leading time with us as different products
and different quantities will have different leading times.
Q3: How about the packing and shipping?
A3: Normally, we have carton for packaging. For products sent by vessel, they will be packed by wooden pallet. If you have any other special requirements, please feel free to contact us.

Q5: How about the payment clause?
A5: Normally, We make full payment before delivery. Western Union, and L/C are also available .But if you are our VIP client, we can accept 30T/T in advance, the 70% balance before shipment. Or 30% T/T in advance, the balance 70% paid against the copy of B/L.
Q6: How about warranty and procedure?
A6: Warranty time: 1 year for the whole machine . 2 years for the compressor.
Warranty procedure :
1) If the cargo has any problem, please contact us on time, we will help you to result in the problem.
2) If the problems still cannot be solved after checking within warranty time, the user can return the defective unit, we will
repair and send it back to you.
