CNC Press Brake
The CNC press brake uses the mold (general or special mold) to bend a cold metal sheet into a workpiece of various geometric cross-section shapes. It is a sheet metal forming machine designed for cold rolling sheet metal processing. It is widely used in sheet metal bending, such as automobile, aircraft manufacturing, light industry, shipbuilding, container, elevator, railway vehicles, and other industries.
* New EU streamlined design.
* The whole frame of the press brake adopt integrated welding, and by tempering to eliminate the internal stress.
* The press brake frame adopt shot blast to remove rust and sprayed with anti-rust treatment.
* The frame is formed by the imported CNC three-dimensional machining center in one process, which ensures the parallelism and
verticality of each mounting surface.
* The controller can control the Y1 and Y2 axes (Y1 controls the left cylinder and Y2 controls the right cylinder) to ensure the
synchronous movement of the ram.
* Quiet speed waiting and fast down, (about 25 decibels), low noise during pressing and return (the pressure in the hydraulic
system is the closed loop control of the servo main motor).
* The main oil pump does not apply work under the drive of the servo main motor, and the energy consumption is 60% lower than
that of the general CNC press brake machine.

DURMAPRESS Express Crowning System
The Express Crowning system from DURMAPRESS® helps control deflection or “the canoe effect” in press brake applications over 4 ft long with quick, repeatable crowning that is precisely adjusted by a basic hand crank and digital readout or an electric motor driven by the CNC machine control.

Ram structure:
Upper stroke design for bending, low noise, stable operating situation , Parallel tolerance of Y1 and Y2 is 0.01mm

Close loop electro-hydraulic synchronized servo-control system, the most advanced
Hydraulic system is from Rexroth, Germany, a full loop electric-hydraulic proportional servo control, Sumitomo oil pump, Japan.
Imported linear optical reader, guiding system, positioning system and hydraulic balancing system with
high precision, which all can permit the processing work piece of full length or with eccentric.
An outfit with “C” is at throat, as deformation compensation on throat, directly measuring the distance
between upper tool and low die, assuring the precision of work piece.
All seals in cylinder is imported, the most famous brand, good quality and high performance
Overload overflow protection is outfitted to hydraulic system, which can assure no leakage, and the oil level
can be read or seen directly
Being able to work under rated load continuously, stable working and high precision
CNC Back gauge:

X is moved with ball screw,guided by linear guide,and driven by digital AC servo-motor.
